    • it has nothing to do with the live performance or a youtube video, he sounds the same live or in a youtube video, in fact the youtube video is how he really sounds.....cellphone cameras or microphones captures the frequencies different as the human ear, when you are in a enviroment with high volume, your ears tend to close to protect the eardrum,  same thing happens when you listen to your own voice on a recorded device, that's how your voice really sounds and not how you hear yourself... sorry for my english...(yes, i say this in every long post i make LOL)
    • Purple Rain by Prince gets a 3CD plus Live DVD reissue "The real finds are (...) ten outtakes from the (...) sessions. (...) A few of these tracks were widely circulated on bootleg (...) but there are several whose existence has only been rumored. [Some of these tracks] were all played live (...) but they're presented in their studio versions. (...) Having this music officially available feels like a gift" What does that has to do with GNR? Well, the very same words above (taken from the AllMusic.com review of Purple Rain reissue) could have been written about a decent GNR reissue of Appetite. "The real finds are ten outtakes from the Appetite sessions. A few of these tracks were widely circulated on bootleg like the acoustic demos of "November Rain" and Stones' "Jumping Jack Flash", but there are several whose existence has only been rumored. Among them are early studio recordings of songs released years later by the band on the double album Use Your Illusion: "Perfect Crime", "You Could be Mine" and a legendary 15 minutes version of "November Rain". Other highlights are the never before circulated "The Plague", recorded on the pre-production sessions for Appetite. Other highlights are early studio recordings of "We're an American Band" , "Ain't Going Down", "Indiana Aint My Kinda Town" and (...). [Some of these tracks] were all played live (...) but they're presented here for the first time in their studio versions. (...) Having this music officially available feels like a gift" will that ever happen? • Buckethead was apparantly wrote the bridge the song, but he also wasn't credited. (I dont have a source for this, but apparantly it was Bumblefoot who said that Buckethead was the one who wrote the bridge riff after the first solo)
    • This is an awful compilation which doesn't make sense at all. The tracklisting is stupid.
    • I can confirm that Axl does sound like Mickey live, but when its blasted through your ears at 100dB, it doesn't sound so bad.
