One Piece is a very good manga, not a huge fan of the animu though; the dub ruined it for me, completely. I actually buy one piece when I can

Anybody besides me read "One Piece" often? It's getting so good it's unreal.

Dude, don't even get me started on OP. The most amazing manga/anime I've ever seen.

And yeah, the latest arc might just be my new favourite. So much insane shit happened in it.

Spoiler

How the hell does OP manage to get better after 500 chapters is beyond me.

I have read bits and pieces of the manga and seen a few episodes of the anime and it's all right.

one piece is freaking amazing. no spoilers please but book 48 just came out in sweden, bought it today and will read it later. It starts with chapter 460.

In my opinion, OP just gets better and better with every freaking arc. i can not understand how oda can make every single one better and more epic than the previous.

Oh, man. You have no idea. The latest arc has just been so fucking epic. Like you said, it's amazing how Oda manages to top himself after every arc.

when buying multiple mangas, does anyone else end up reading them all in one sitting? It feels like such a waste of money, but i cant stop!

All this superhero stuff is just bollocks. Look at Superman for example. He works in an office at day and fly around the sky at night. And than at age 50 he falls of his horse, got paralized and he got stuck in a weelchair for the rest of his life. Couldn't he just fly of his horse instead of falling down to the ground? Great superhero move if you ask me.

No this the anime/manga thread where we discuss the Japanese art form of comics and animation. If you want to start your own American animation/comics thread be my guest.

Back on topic. I just found some of my old Shonen Jump magazines. Some of the stuff was all right. I completely forgot about one of Akira Toriyama's other creations Sand Land until I found those old issues. It wasn't that bad. What are your opinions on Sand Land?

I don't know if this is up to the standards of you guys, but I've always enjoyed Case Closed. I don't care if it isn't good enough for you all!

Ooops, before I get flamed, that'd be Detective Conan or whatever in Japanese.
