I've heard that you organise and arrange the rehearsal process, can you tell us what goes on and how the band decides who plays what on each song we've heard.
Thank you, and hope to see you in the UK soon! (Hammersmith apollo was simply amazing!)

I'm a big fan of you're work in guns and also loved you're solo album.
my question is:
Was there a special moment working with Axl and the band on a song when you thought to yourself:
'wow, were on to something here, this is really a great fuckin' thing were doing here' and if so, could you describe
it in detail?
thanks in advance, chinese democracy is amazing and hope to see you live. you rock!

Any fun story you would like to share about playing in Brazil? What are your memories of RIR3 concert?
Thanks for your great work! I would like to tell you that I love VGH, specially "OK".
regards,

Since you have been onboard for the longest of the "new" guys, and you are the only one left to answer this question:
How was the chemistry between you/Finck/Tobias/Freese in regards of writing new music? How did the material come to life? Did you all work on it as a band or did you write individualy?
Thx!

How easy (or difficult) was it to transition from a band like The Replacments, a much smaller independent band with a lot of punk credentials, to joining a group like Guns N Roses, a completely different band in terms of size and sound, and who were already under pressure from people to produce a follow up to two of the biggest selling albums of all time. Did anyone from the old scene ever give you any grief about joining?

Since you're one of the most ealier additions to Guns N' Roses, to the Chinese Democracy Project, I'd like to know some inside info! I think it may not be secret anymore but it might be interesting for us to hear:
1) What is the first song, that ended up on the album, that you guys started working as a band?!
2) Was there any song that needed the most work to get it where it deserved it to be?! I mean, I was in several bands (as a drummer) and sometimes you hear an idea and it's great on acoustic guitars and even with simpler arrangements and you know it deserves that "larger than life" approach and sometimes it's a pain in the ass to get it. Any songs, released or not, had that kinda hard work by the band?
3) You've released solo albums that are great in style and approaches, and your "solo" style sometimes reminds me of Izzy Stradlin and even some Tom Petty styles here or there. I know I might be crazy, but will we be able to hear some GN'R songs with that vibe that you've collaborated in as songwriter?!
4) What are your memories from Brazil and do you guys intend to comeback here to perform shows?! (Please come to Porto Alegre!)

To my knowledge you seem to be the person who has been in the band the longest (aside from the uncle Mr. Bailey obviously) so I was just curious---did you ever think that during your tenure in GNR that Chinese Democracy would never see the light of day ----and if not what kept you from going insane from the constant release dates that all of us have been hearing through the fake grapevine for what seems like 50 fucking years?

If So, could u tell them to reissue Their 80s catalogue?
It could make some easy money, due to their popularity with the GNR CAMP

I got into the 'Mats, Perfect and VGH because of your involvmenet with Guns and fucking love old stuff like Alex Chilton and especially VGH stuff like Light of Day and Motivation, and also loved your solo shows with Malin andAlien Crime Syndicate. Any chance of another solo album and if so, getting Axl to sing on it?
