I mean, would you feel embarrassed or anything like that? What would you say to them/him?

Edit:
My question was lost when Highvoltage merged the threads, so I'll repost it here:

What would you do if you were at a party, and suddenly met Slash or Duff?
I mean, would you feel embarrassed or anything like that? What would you say to them/him?

Over the years we've gotten a few mentions here and there from Dizzy, Tommy, Ron etc., but why have there been no formal interviews given during the making of, and following the release of, Chinese Democracy?

How old is This I Love and how many variations of this song have come and gone? Did you ever intend for this song to sound differently then it currently does? For the record, This I Love is a beautiful song.

Hi Guys

I have 2 questions to all of you:

A - 2 years from now, do you see yourself in GNR and WANTS to participate in another guns album, tour and see yourself playing side by side with one of the most amazing frontman in the rock n roll history?

B - Did any of you, sometime, tell Axl Rose to go fuck yourself? and what was the reason?

oh, check out my band's video clip!!

Rock on!!!!
Hope to see you guys here in Brazil soon!

Whats the best and worst about touring with GNR? Whats your daily routine while touring? After playing, do you usually go to afterparties or to a club? Who are you looking forward to be the opener for the next tour? Will you come to South America this year? :D

Thanks in advance!

Pick mine, because you know I deserve it...

So anyways, how do you guys feel about Chinese Democracy? I know it may seem like a lame, generic question, but I am serious, and I WANT HONEST ANSWERS! Do you feel you guys each played as big a role as you'd have liked to? Chinese Democracy seems like the type of album to feature Axl Rose's abilities more than each individual member. Would you guys have preferred an album that would've let you "show off" your abilities, I guess is another way to look at my question, since all of your playing blends together, and Axl is the only one who's truly prominent, at least to me.

By the way, I like it better when all of the playing blends nicer, but I was wondering if players feel overshadowed sometimes.

Hey Chris, it's Randy Lahey here at the MYGNR forum. Just wanted to ask you about my favorite song (If The World) on the album and my favorite song of the past couple years. What's your vision for the video? Any plans for you and Axl to don pastel suits and cruise the streets of Miami in a white ferrari in between stops at the local strip clubs? Any other info you wish to share about the song would be greatly appreciated. I've always thought that a remix of the song by Dr Dre for the clubs would be a great idea. You guys have a summer anthem in If The World, imo. Good luck with the tour and thanks for taking the time to read my questions.

Cheers,
Randy

I've got two questions!

1. Any funny stories you guys wanna share from being on the road/in the studio with GNR?

2. What was it like getting started as a musician for you guys? Tell us some stories about your first bands, bad first gigs and being screwed over by venues. I'm in a band myself who are getting pretty high on the local scene so I love to hear stories about guys in bands I love in the position that i'm in now.

Oh, may aswell add a third!

3. Do any of you guys wanna sign my band? :tongue2:

What's it like working with The New GnR compared to the Illusion Era Guns N' Roses. Were the chemistry between the guys in each era different? Which band did you enjoy working in more? and Which Former GnR member would you want to work with again?

Hey guys! Got a quick question here. How did you get into GNR/do you know anyone else who auditioned that you meat out? I mean, did Axl contact you personally, why do you think GNR auditioned/picked you, and do you feel like a member of GNR. Do you feel like you put in an equal amount of work and creativity as, lets say, Axl?

Well I think that counts as one question. You guys are awesome! Thanks!

PS Tommy: I saw you in Omaha, NE in 04' and you were great :)
PSS I saw the rest of you in Ames, IA in 06' and you all were also great :)

What are some of your favorite tracks from the new album, and why do you like those particular songs?

Hi

Im just wondering if stuff like answering forum questions is the beginning of better band promotion (not just Axl promotion). We haven't seen many band photos over the years and not many interviews as a band. Is there a reason? How do you feel about it?

Is the corner turning on the promotion of the band as a whole unit.

Did Axl ever consider giving up Guns and Roses himself, in the 90s. And was this album a comeback, or a debut album?

1) Does the fact that the band is look upon in some circles as 'just Axl and a set of hired hands', bother you at all? I mean, you've all put a lot of work in on the album, and most of you have been in GnR for at least the best part of a decade anyway, but you don't really seem to get the recognition you deserve. Or, is it really not all that important what people think?

2) On a lighter note, what's the most rewarding part of being a member of GnR.

Whether this gets answered or not, cheers fellas.
