The Mavs got screwed in '06 against the Heat.

true that, wade drives to the basket, foul every time.

If a defender makes eye contact with Wade, the refs call a shooting foul.

I am so glad this has come out, I have seen so many bullshit calls and it is good to know that the refs were the ones who won the games. Now that I know the corruption has come out in the NBA I can blame the refs in every sport for fixing the game.

What has come out?

Nothing!!

*Um, him claim of technicals, doesn't hold up to the statistics according to ESPN.*
*Um, when offensive superstars run into defensive guys, the offensive guy gets the call? Um....thats the rule!!*
*Make up calls happen? Happens in every sport....more so baseball....pitch by pitch.*
*Dick Bevetta is vain? So what*
*The Blazers shot 20% from 3 and 50% from the free throw line in the 2002 Conference finals.

I've always thought that the NBA was a showboat league. It's like watching the Harlem Globetrotters except at a national level. It isn't competitive, the same five or six teams have won the NBA championship game for the past ten to twenty years. That's redundant. I've seen an absence of defense in the NBA. It's a league that depends on offensive powerhouses. I know the NFL has kind of gotten that way, but Denver has been successful with a team solely based on defense, the NBA has been that way since I remember. There's a lot of standing around in the NBA compared to college basketball, which is why I watch college basketball more. Plus David Stern looks like a dirtbag. Anyone else agree?

Funny you say that, because scoring from 2000 - 2009 has been lower then 1980 -1990.

Also, in the NFL, MLB, and all the major college sports....it is constitently the same team winning the championship over and over, also.

I don't agree with the NFL. Yes, the Patriots have been a national powerhouse, but there are still instances where low chance teams make it far. The New York Giants surprised the Patriots and the Arizona Cardinals went to the Super Bowl last year for the first time in the modern era.

The Minnesota Vikings and the New Orleans Saints, both of which, have never won a Super Bowl look like dominant powers in the NFC.

Now look at the NBA. How many championships have the Lakers won in the past couple of years? Boston continues to dominate too. There are those four or five teams that continue to dominate every single year, and although there are a couple of teams that do well in the NFL, there is more competition between the lesser teams and the bigger teams. Oakland defeated the Eagles for example.
