Maybe Frank's drumming fits GNR better. I cant tell which one is doing what on CD but Brain sounds like he would be more of a metal drummer, but I am pretty much basing this off of nothing and don't really know anything about either guy.

You have to be kidding me, Frank fits gnr better than Brain? Frank is a BAR Drummer AT BEST, Brain is one of the greats. Brain is not even close to being a metal drummer. Brain was all over CD, Frank did CD over (the demo drumming was better) and he added a few parts to a few others songs, just fills. Frank sucks big time live, he is terrible. Its a joke he is even in gnr.

Might be having a mental blank but have any members of new Guns ever been fired or have they just left?

Yeah but only one guy. Axl fired him before he even got hired because he used his whammy bar too much. :rofl-lol:

I just hope Brain didn't try pushing Axl too hard when he was going through those "mood swings" earlier this year.If you recall, Axl fired Azoff several times during a few week span.

If Brain was pushing to tour during this fragile time in Axl's life, he may have ended up on the chopping block as well.

Let's face it ... No organization grants an employee 3 years of paternity leave.

Some of you sheeple are really retarded.

Brain hasn't been in the band for 3 years.

Half of the misinformation in this thread comes from a fake Facebook account, and the other half is bullshit GN'R propaganda.

How many years is it going to take for you folks to realize he's gone?

The stupidity on this board never ceases to amaze me.
We are all scum floating on the GN'R pond.

I emailed Brain, said he's not on the tour as he's been "out of the loop."

Well, we could read that as meaning that he's "out of the loop" on tour plans, but he could still be actively involved in recording sessions.

It is possible that Axl may have asked him to stay behind to add his "feel" to tracks that Frank may have recently written.

As long as he is still a member of the Gnr family that's all that should really matter anyway.

Duh.

Question for those of you who think Brain is still in the band (BB-X, Sweet Tooth, plonker88, eye2eye, Andrew07):

What about this guy:
