Is Brain now a "former employee"? Did anyone explain what happened?

Yeah, absolutely. Please don't mistake my OP as me trying to suggest that anyone, aside from Axl, really matters anyway.


WTF does 'OP' mean???

The other people in the band definitely matter and contribute to the show no doubt about it. For me anyway, the drummer is way, way down the list for me as to who I'm going to be paying attention to at any show I go to. Now, if it was John Fucking Bonham, I'd be paying attention to that dude for sure.

I hope he doesn't mind me posting this. I figured he doesn't, since he doesn't really say much. Maybe Axl will read this, and get him back (wait, nevermind). Brain is so much better than Frank in my opinion.

As long as Axl isnt dumb and has frank redo his parts. I said two years ago brain was gone, and ppl kept saying NO he isnt.

I always thought him and Bucket were a package deal. They came along at the same time, Axl acquired both when he lost Freese and Finck.

From what I understand, Brain did his parts on this album alone in a theater adjacent to the studio. Imagine how much connection he has to Guns as a band when his involvement in this album was done independently.
Frank just seems to be cooler with the rest of the guys and Axl deems that more important, especially when this guy is rooted to Tommy & Richard.

Brain was a hired Gun just like Josh Freese.

Neither do I, but to say "I personally could care less who's playing *insert instrument here*" is pretty ridiculous. It's the instrumentalists that give the album(s) and the shows their sound, not just the lead singer.
