Apparently Steven Tyler has quit Aerosmith, Slash should give him a call and see if his interested. It would be interesting hearing what they could come up with.

As much as I like Steven Tyler.. I don't think he would be good fit for VR.

He's like 20 years older.

I guess it's time for Tyler to kick off a solo carreer. Play some piano, ease up on the screaming.. relax a bit more.

Myles Kennedy however would be fucking great for VR.

I don't think that anyone is ready to see Steven Tyler in any band but Aerosmith. While I realize that Slash and Steven are friends I don't think that Slash would consider him for VR. I hope that whatever is eating at Steve right now he gets over it and returns to Aerosmith where he belongs. As for Slash, VR just doesn't seem to be a priority with him at this time. I'm wondering if VR will even do anything else at this point. I sure hope that I'm wrong about VR!

Fuck yeah!

If you want Tyler, you may as well hold your breath for Robert Plant,Eddie Vedder,Bono and about a million other singers who would never be asked to or consider joining VR.

Is there an ignore feature we can use to block posters? If you are on a GNR site, and you are not a Slash fan, you are a stone cold dope.-Sonofabitch

Hmmm, Steven goes to VR, Axl goes to Aerosmith? Could be fun!

Agreed. The members are very involved in their own projects right now. And Steven Tyler doesn't belong in any band other than Aerosmith.

Maybe their contract calls for more albums?

Slash seems to have a very good relationship with Joe Perry, and I can't imagine having Steven Tyler play fo VR would not damage that.

Plus Steven isn't going to go share the spotlight with another band now. He'll do his own thing, as he has said, and make a lot more money.
