I've found this great online tool for resizing images. It makes it easy for you to for example to edit your signature if it's not within the Signature Guidelines. Please send a PM to me or highvoltageacdc if you have any questions. :)

Free Online Image Editor and File Converter
With this very user friendly and fast photo editing tool you can load pictures from
your computer or camera and rotate, crop, resize, adjust brightness, contrast,
sharpen, reduce file size and save back to your computer. You can also convert
files, as bmp or tif to jpg, gif, and more.

Useful tip before start:
1. Type new size in pixels for Height or Width (+ click on "Make new image")
2. Change JPEG-quality (>75% is recommended) last, before "Save as..."
3. Click always on "Finish..." when image has been saved, to remove your file from webserver.

Go to upload image and start online editor >>

If a firework went off every time Mr. T slept with your mother, it would be the 4th of July every day.

Bring down the quality, that brings down the filesize.
