MTV only show the three headliners live.GNR are surprise guest.
WDR said yesterday that they negotiate but there is no chance to a live stream with GNR.I think there is a money aspect.

I read somewhere that they start at midnight local time (GMT +1 ??) which seems to be possible if Tool starts at 22.30
