TITLE: More Talent Signs Up for VMAs
TEXT: Shakira and OK Go joined the roster of performers for the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards, and the list of presenters now includes Axl Rose, Lindsay Lohan, Kanye West, Paris Hilton, Diddy, LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, Pussycat Dolls and 50 Cent.
The VMAs will air live from New York's Radio City Music Hall Thursday, Aug. 31 at 8 p.m. (EST/PST), hosted by Jack Black.
Shakira and OK Go join Christina Aguilera, The All-American Rejects, Beyoncé, Panic! at the Disco, T.I., The Killers, Ludacris with Pharrell, The Raconteurs and Justin Timberlake.
Previously announced presenters were Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Chris Brown, Fall Out Boy, Rihanna, Jared Leto, Busta Rhymes, Shaun White, Ne-Yo, Missy Elliott, the cast of MTV's Jackass, Amy Lee of Evanescence, Lil Jon and Nick Lachey.
The VMAs will also feature special guest appearances by Borat and Sarah Silverman

Update1, 4:40am CET: The Axl interview was only on the web live feed. It wsa a few minutes long.
He only confirmed that CD will be out this year, still, but the dude asked Axl to give us a specific month,
Axl didn't give it.
The live feed camera was really trying to stay with Axl after that short interview. He's presenting The Killers
after he admitted that presenting's not his kinda thing but after he met The Killers last weekend in LA,
he agreed to do it.
That was it. He looked exactly the same as he did during the Euro tour.
Update2: The live feed cam is REALLY trying to follow Axl. Axl has a couple people with him,
including Merck, making sure he's not bothered too much... It looked like Christina Milian,
interviewer chick, was trying to get some Axl time but they told her to wait...
Update3: Again and again, the keep following Axl with nothing really to talk about,
even when someone else is being interviewed, they keep the second cam on the Axman...
Update4, 5:22am CET: Axl made a short speech (no Gnr info) and presented
