I'm actually at the show now myself....sitting in a parking deck across from the arena and picked upan internet connection w/ my laptop. Thinking I'll hang out here watching sports on my computer since Axl isn't likely to go on for at least another hour.

Sure aren't many people down here - I'm actually kind of hoping for a small crowd. Think SB is on right now.

heh heh. At least you have a car to leave your laptop in. I had to bring my laptop IN with me at Hammersmith. (I didn't trust my hotel) They made me leave the battery at coat check.

What a pain in the neck. I figure this is better than standing up for the next hour and a half. Plus, plenty of GA tix were still available earlier tonight - so I'm sure I can work my way up close enough no matter what time I get in.

Here's what you should do. Go in now, take a pee, and then don't drink ANYTHING else.

After pee'ing, work your way through the GA crowd towards the stage saying, "Sorry, I'm trying to get back up to my friends" every few feet as you push through. Also, as you work your way up, try not to chose pushing through big dudes. Look for girls and little guys to politely push through as you give them the bullshit spiel. ("Sorry, I'm trying to get back up to where my friends are")

Then at some point, stop saying it and go another few feet forward and stop. That's the only way you'll get close without a wheel chair.
