When I try to load the stream, it just keeps buffering and then says "Ready" but won't play anything. When I hit the play arrow it re-buffers and says "Ready" again.

Go to the second link and on the bottom left of the page you can try to use the itunes version? I dunno, one of the links on a different site didnt work for me(probably cause I got a Mac) but the second link has me streamn to espanol

TO THOSE THAT THIS WILL NOT WORK FOR:
Try this.
1. Go to http://www.videolan.org/ and download the VLC Media Player
2. Install It
3. Click "File" and "Open Network Stream"
4. Click the HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS radio button
5. Paste 'http://www.rmx1003.c...ers/emisora.asx' into the URL bit next to the button
6. Click ok, and it should all play through that.
This is the direct link to the stream - http://www.rmx1003.c...ers/emisora.asx
Try this.

Nah, it's not working. It's probably again something with the Proxy Server. I should define a Port, but I have no idea which. I also can't use torrents or the TVU player because of the Proxy server.
