I hear it was the same as it has always been, but they haven't played Chinese Democracy yet.

And you know why that is don't you. Or maybe you don't?

Based on the new leak, the new 'bolted on' intro to Chinese Democracy reminded people of Welcome to the Jungle.
The new band couldn't possibly open with any other new track, as none of the new tracks would work as opening tracks.
First impressions of the new mix (latest leak) of Chinese Democracy, makes it sound like the band had been working on (re engineering) Chinese Democracy to be an opening track. From the 3 new gigs played in Mexico, they appeared to have played it safe (given the fans what they want ;) ) and stuck with Welcome to the Jungle.

I still don't understand why they insist on having Madagascar in the encore, seems out of place to me.
