This whole tour has been pretty special, and the last few days really exciting for fans. I'd never have believed that they would play The General, especially at the tail end of the tour. This band, you can never ever know with them!

I love the slide guitar parts in the middle, but the song as a whole is IMO a generic rock song. I prefer when they explore more intricate songs.

I'm really moved by those two songs, can't wait to purchase them in some proper form I hope both songs will be presented on the Perhaps vinyl. Axl is a really special artist, those two are triggering all kinds of emotions it's almost cathartic. I hope all those songs he worked on brought him some form of happiness.

That's also what I believe, that this lineup gelled during the last year or so and it shows. It's like they fully embraced who they are and are having a lot of fun doing what they do.

I'd prefer a concert from the 2023 tour, or a mix of different dates of the tour with the best performances.

Well, it took your comment for me 😂 Regarding Perhaps, I'm wondering why they say it's written by Axl, Slash and Duff when we know it's not, unless they get a credit for the music they added? But the song structure is exactly the same.

Do you believe we'll be able to purchase a digital version of The General? Or will it only be on the vinyl?

I thought Axl's scream in TWAT was all over the place and not controlled at all. He even struggled to land it. I loved his performance at Grasspop, Glastonbury etc. but think that yesterday did not seem to be very good. It started great, but it rapidly degraded and he sounded week om a lot of songs in the second half of the set :-/ Which pains me, I want him to succeed so bad. I love his energy and dedication, and he still remains an amazing frontman.

I'm wondering if the Perhaps solo Slash played at soundcheck is not a dummy solo, basically just him noodling whatever to keep the actual solo a surprise when the song is released / performed. Surely what he played can't be the real thing. Here's hoping that all those signs are pointing to an imminent release of something !
