Anyone know what time this show is at tomorrow?
I'm sure there will be periscope streams
-
It would be an entirely different ballgame if they really changed up the setlist, i would gladly see them a 3rd time
-
The shots of Erin Everly are amazing, she was so beautiful
-
This is fucking awesome!
That's a pro shot, not off someone's TV!
And remember, EVERY SHOW from that tour was pro shot and is sitting in a vault

cringe worthy singing by Axl on that video. Had to turn it off.
Gladly, he got much better as time went by on the tour

I'm wondering what the difference was between What Doug did for the band/Axl and what Craig Duswalt did. I know Craig was just Axl's assistant, but it seems like a lot of things with Doug would have overlapped.
That would be a good interview as well

thanks and agreed! I think my favourite was either Doug, Sean Beavan, Teddy or Arlett Vereecke
Who's left at this point?
Amy or Stuart Bailey
Steven Adler would probably call you to be interviewed, instead of the other way around.
Alan Niven never gets tired if talking either

Great interview guys!
A few comments....Never heard someone who talked so fast as Doug. Its hard to understand at times, but i could get the jist. When you asked him about rerecorded vocals for live era, i had to laugh. Of Course they are rerecorded, come on man.

Great job getting Dizzy on Sid
A few questions I'd have wanted to know about.
What was it like to go thru the st Louis and Montreal shows on the UYI tour. And ANYTHING about the never ending Chinese Democracy sessions. I literally can't believe there wasn't a single question about that.
Overall, great to have just gotten that done

Chicago 1992, i was there. Best show i have EVER seen and probably will ever see.

The show in 91, Helsinki Finland
Want to see Axl as he decided to leave the stage and venue

Fun interview, she stood out in the Behind the Music also.

Slash's solo and this chuck berry piece are of the highest quality.
No ordinary guitar player can do this
-
has he done the "with your ass in the air" very often recently?

Have you guys noticed the slower tempos of a lot of the songs?
-
What a stumble upon this is
Found it on youtube and many of the songs as in their raw form and sound better than the finished product.
Leave your comments on what sounds differently to you all..
For me, i had NEVER heard a studio version of the full Ain't goin down. November rain and The Garden are a tad slower and better i think.
Don't Damn me is unfinished and really different
All in all, this is something to hear after 25 years and having heard the other versions hundreds of times each. Raw and refreshing. Probably what Slash referred to as what he heard the albums as before they were massively worked over.
The tempo of most of the songs is most definitely slower

Anyone know of any good restaurants around US Bank Stadium? My hotel is half a mile from the stadium
Go to MATTS BAR, where the jucy lucy was pretty much invented and is a fantastic piece of pure minnesota burger lore.
Take an uber to it, south of downtown

I actually met and shook Stump's hand after the show, he and another guy were outside the arena then, i had seen stump in numerous videos, etc. And i approached him and asked if he was indeed the guy, it wasn't too hard to tell either, he's all of 5'4", so the nickname Stump is appropriate. He had a bunch of VIP placards around his neck. Just a normal guy who is eternally linked to the St Louis riot and Axl.
All in All, that was a terrific show, they gave us all our money's worth

The was the best god damn show they've put on in years
GOOD

Favorite GNR Concert
in GUNS N' ROSES - DISCUSSION & NEWS

I've said it before, but i've been to many concerts, by many different bands, and NOTHING has ever topped or really approached Chicago on April 9, 1992. The show is immortalized on Youtube for all to see. The vibe was perfect/dangerous, the band sounded on at every turn and Axl has rarely spoken that much about that sensitive of topics ever.
Shannon Hoon performed Don't Cry, they played Coma, the show was epic in every single way.
Nothing has come close, though of the recent shows, St Louis last summer (2017) was very good, but its like comparing apples to oranges.
