MYGNRFORUM Theme Template Update - Additional Features   09/09/2017

Happy to announce that the upgrades have almost been completed and the new custom theme is available for all users. There are still a few bugs to work out which we hope to have solved over the next day or two.   To use the new template, click on Themes at the bottom left side of the page and click on MYGNRFORUM (New): It is now set to default in case you did not previously changed themes. A new feature of this update are the new reactions to posts.  By click on the like button, users have a choice of five different reactions (two of our own design): Remember, if you GNR like something, make it a dolphin like! Please use the Ask Staff Anything thread with any questions or concerns. Thanks to everyone for your patience and cooperation over the last couple of weeks while we got this done.

  1. 25 years ago. Wow. A fusion of two of my favourite bands,
  2. I really enjoyed seeing Myles in AB and with Slash in smaller venues. When he moved to arenas with both - not so much. He has a great voice, doesn't have the stage presence imo. Axl has the stage presence.
  3. No worries, not your fault! Turned up about 9.55am with my 3 mates, with two others who'd been at the Friday gig. Was told that pop-up shop would be open at 11 and we'd need to queue along the wall. When I mentioned about the 'first 50 t-shirt' promo I was told it was only on Thurs and Fri. Didn't make sense to me. After getting brekkie instead of queueing we came back and bought some t-shirts. Was a cool set-up! But a bit disappointing to be the day missed out when we went out of our way to go to the pop-up shop.
  4. Back home in Scotland after the show last night. I've seen various incarnations of GNR during the 00s and 10s, Velvet Revolver, Duff's Loaded and Slash with the Conspirators but nothing could prepare me for how good last night's show was. In my opinion Axl sounded great - maybe some songs slightly less so but didn't really notice. Loved seeing Slash doing WTTJ for the first time and seeing Coma for the first time was also amazing. Hopefully theres another Euro leg for this your as I want to see the show again! So free t-shirts were handed out Thurs, Fri and Sun but not Saturday - the one day I got to the shop first. Grrrrr...
  5. No free t-shirts today. Was first in line too. Off to pub then!
  6. Is there likely to be free t-shirts available tomorrow? Tempted to go and queue up, then get extra stuff to take to hotel prior to going to stadium. Store looks awesome! What time does it open at?
  7. Anyone got an idea of merch cost? And also what a pint of beer/lager costs? I'm thnking it could be 30 quid a t-shirt and over 6 quid a pint - hope I'm wrong!!
  8. Having to pick up my tix on Friday as they haven't been printed yet. Pretty shocking as they were bought last December!!
  9. Got half my tickets (standing ones). Apparently the ones for disabled section aren't printed yet for either 16th or 17th. Eek they're leaving it close!!
  10. Still waiting on my tickets :-(. Emailed ticketmaster, hopefully it'll be sent next week!
  11. Anyone received their tickets yet?
  12. I've had a few emails from Ticketmaster saying that they're waiting to receive tickets from the promoters. Hopefully that means souvenir tickets
  13. Any news on the London tickets being sent already, or is this only other countries? Would love a souvenir ticket due to the price of the ticket. Mind you I'd hope for it being hand delivered by Axl, Slash and Duff at the price too!
