Bug in forum software

There is a bug in the forum software, when quoting someone with an apostrophe in their name like They'reOutTaGetMe, the quoting systems fails to work properly

For example, it would set it as this in the name = block of the quote tag:

'They'reOutTaGetMe'

The apostrophe in They're gets read as the closing apostrophe, breaking the correct way quoting should work.

You'd have to edit the php file (i'm assuming it is php) that handles quoting. It really isn't terribly difficult to find, but to fix idk. Maybe remove apostrophes in the name at the time of quoting?

test

This again.

So what was the problem? Isn't it possible to quote someone with an " ' " in the name?

Edit: Yes, I see what the problem is. Only Jumpin on Jumpin' Jack Flash's name.
