jonah
Everyone is complaining that GNR aren't a draw anymore, granted they don't sell as many tickets as they use to especially in the states but since the Tour started in 2002 they have played to roughly 3,474,230 people over 191 shows for an average of 18,189 people per show. Still seems impressive to me. These stats are up until they started their current tour of North America in Mexico and don't include the small private club gigs they did.The Illusions tour would be nice to have in compariison but I don't know if you'd be able to find the stats of that tour. All I know is it had 194 shows in it. which means Fortus/Pittman/Stinson have played more shows then Sorum

axl666
The amount of festivals that they played probably enlarges the number somewhat. As such is of more use to name the median audience that they played to.
