Craig looks as though he isn't even having the slightest bit of fun, and I can't blame him after watching Bond regress to an oafish, lumbering brute after Casino Royale. Then again, I've never had much regard for Barbara and Michael G's sense of stewardship. Such was obvious when they started filming Tomorrow Never Dies without a finished script. Lumbering brute? You're full of shit.
DieselDaisy
I'm a Bond fan but I have a bad feeling about this film - I have to say.

Yeah it feels weird to “bring him out of retirement” for the second time now. That was immediately my first thought when watching the trailer. I don't care what the critics say, silly story and all, moore was in fine doing and it was entertaining at least. I mean, it had jaws (who goes through one of the most interesting vilain - good guy evolutions ever)! Even with the silly star wars stuff, the movie didn't hold it's audience for idiots. Likewise, 95 % of the movies that came before are some of my favorite movies ever. So much classics, so much classic moments, so much humour and attitude. After moonraker, it went downhill really fast. "for your eyes only" was a turd of a movie with that annoying "bibi" character. I cringe, just thinking about it. octopussy was a borefest, a view to a kill had too little roger moore, and after that they changed actors anyway and no one could reach the heights moore and connery had set. The only good thing to come out after moonraker, was a video game: goldeneye 007 on the N64. You should try Nightfire. Heavily influenced by Moonraker and the classic Bond movies. Awesome game.
DieselDaisy
Some whipper-snapper doing the song, and Craig/Bond has done a commercial for 0.0% alcohol beer! I have a feeling this will be the snowflake generation's Bond!
Powerage5
I never thought it could get worse than Sam Smith. EON has proven me wrong I fear.

Since I didn't know too much about her and hearing this news, I listened to some songs. Don't quite know whether I like it. It's different-ish, but then again, all she does is kinda same-ish. So I guess that grows old soon. Still shudder though that this brat really is the only option for a Bond song. Does she even know James Bond? Dazey
Billie Eilish is great. I'm looking forward to hearing what she comes up with. Can't be worse than the one Madonna did a few films back.

Amir
Definitely prefer this to the Sam Smith one. Weirdly my sister's not into the song despite being an Eilish fan.
rocknroll41
Pretty good song! Not mind-blowing like LALD, You Know My Name, Skyfall, etc., but still pretty good nonetheless! Seems like it’ll fit within the context of the film, with Seydoux’s character betraying Bond (which I assume will be the opening of the story). Looking forward to this movie now! Has potential to bring Craig’s version of Bond to a fitting conclusion. Also looking forward to marathoning all of the films from his era (except Quantum, which I consider to be skippable) once this final film comes out on home video. Powerage5
Too similar to Writing's On The Wall IMO, but this works better than that one did. I'm just not huge on these ballad-y Bond themes that don't really go anywhere. However I'll reserve my final judgement until I see it in the title sequence. DieselDaisy
Slower dark ballads suit the Craig era by which Craig is a psychologically damaged Bond who is, as the saying goes, ''put through the wringer'' each installment. I like this a lot. The millennial whipper-snapper has pulled it off.
