On NITL, it looks like he dropped the david yurman, etc. beads and just went to full metal bracelets; i'm sure some of which are straight sterling silver or white gold, chrome hearts/king baby and stuff, is my guess.

He really doesnt age!

Its seems likely that its during the recording for Pawnshop Guitars (released July 1994), because I think the person on the right is the producer Waddy Wachtel. Dead Flowers!

I couldn't find any rules about necroing, but I'm sorry for doing it if it's frowned upon. I've recently been looking for socks like these myself, and I found out that they're called slouch socks. Apparently they were pretty popular in the late 80s/early 90s (I'm born in 89, so I was a bit late to the party). You can find them on ebay, amazon etc.
