webm/html5/gifv support

Gifv embedding (via gfycat) was working on desktop early last year, but it caused issues on Safari in iOS.

Whenever a page with a gifv post was loaded, the iOS video player would automatically launch (causing the phone to switch apps without user intervention).

I think I was just trying a bit too early-on, I'd guess most of the older GIFV/HTML5 video compatibility issues will be fixed by now. Mobile browsers didn't play as well with those formats 12-18 months ago.
