You don’t think citizens have a right to decide who comes into their country. Wow pretty much covered it, lol. Thanks for putting it out there though. Most Dems sidestep that question but you went right there.

✌️

You don't understand what a "right" is. Citizens are entitled to express how they want their country managed. That is not the same thing as a right.\

Here, learn something new today.

Oh... you want to argue semantics and definitions.

Even if you forget about the "semantics and definitions," the border wall is an unpopular policy suggestion. Depending on the study, somewhere between 54%-59% of Americans do not support Trump's wall as a border security solution. It is a plurality no matter which study you view.

I don’t know why you’re pinning me to the border wall. I never said I was “for” a border wall. 🙄 I just asked if citizens had a right to decide who came in their country.

You just spent several of your various posts defending the wall as a concept. You said it's "not a hill I would die on," but you did argue in favor of it.

Ok, well scale Axl’s wall today and film it.

Walls around a home and country are the exact same principle. There are lots of people that need to get into Axl's home to escape poverty or threats to their life. How is it different exactly?  You're actually arguing for double standards, lol.

As far as the wall goes, I don’t really care. The wall is not a hill I would die on. Yeah, walls work.

100%? No, but they work. Do walls and gates help keep Axl safe in his Malibu mansion? Do you think he’s all for removing that security wall around his house or gate at the entrance of his driveway?

😂😂

Things both Dems and GOP agree on:

1) Making LATAM a capitalist marketplace

2) Making everywhere else a capitalist market place

3) Definitely don't call that Imperialism

1. Go live in Venezuela and let us know how it goes.

2. Go live in North Korea and let us know how it goes.

3. You'll be calling it freedom afterwards.

I know your joking, but I was mainly speaking to the Imperialism part. ;)

But, I live on Occupied Territory in a Nation that frequently capitulates to US Imperialism. Both of these traits are a symptom of the Capitalist model in place... hardly what I'd call freedom.

Never.  Although I wouldn't mind going to Venezuela once they get things worked out...I hear it's a beautiful country.

How about you?

Oh no, they do....that's why their authoritarian leaders are hypocrites.

As a matter of fact, most authoritarian leaders of socialist countries indulge in the fruits produced by the capitalist world around them....they just don't allow their people to.

I dont especially admire any world leader of any stripe. But your President enjoys the spoils of capitalism that he will never give you access to, so... ?

Petersons notion that non capitalist economies cant be industrialized and high tech is beyond absurd! Industrialization is a central pillar to a great many strains of Marxist thought, lol. Sputnik wasnt a display of hypocrisy, just industrial prowess. Its all about who controls the means of production. There is still means and production in both systems.

You oppose Marxism and yet you take weekends, sick days and holidays. Does that mean that you a hypocrite?

I'm not about to get into a debate about this because in my world it's not debatable, not even close.

Capitalism rewards free thinking and excellence...which as a result, has lead to the vast majority of technological advancements of humankind.

Compare the technical inventions of the US and capitalistic countries vs socialist/communist counties and it's not even close.   Not even on the same playing field.

You've side stepped pretty much everything Ive said, then introduced new and debatable things to the conversation while saying you dont want a debate. Okay. :shrugs:

So Ill return to what I did said. Are you a hypocrite for taking weekends, sick days and holidays while opposing Marxism? And how would an anti capitalist be a hypocrite for using technology, given that Marxism does not oppose technology and indeed is actuallly firmly rooted in industrialism?

Bill O'Reilly on the Green New Deal

Democrats is going towards its own civil war.

Populist Leftist Progressive vs. Establishment Democrat.

Quote

The billionaire former Starbucks CEO and executive chairman urged Democrats to be "truthful" about their environmental initiatives rather than just throwing policies "against the wall because it's a good slogan."

"I read that by 2030 they're suggesting that every building in America becomes clean energy, conforms to clean energy, just to put that in perspective, because it's not realistic, that would mean that between 2,000 and 3,000 buildings a day would have to be reconstructed to conform to what they're saying," Schultz said. "So let's be sensible about what we're suggesting,"

Schultz' comments are likely to further raise tensions between him and Democrats running against Trump. Several Democrats have said Schultz' candidacy would only split the anti-Trump vote and help Trump win re-election in 2020.

Schultz pledged that he would drop out if it becomes clear he can't win and that his campaign is only helping Trump, but said it's too early to make that assessment. In the meantime, he also criticized the "Green New Deal's" employment guarantee provision.

"I don't understand how you're going to give a job for everybody, how you're going to give free college to everybody, how you're going to create clean energy throughout the country in every building of the land," he said. "I think it's immoral to suggest that we can tally up $20, $30, $40, $50 trillion of debt to solve a problem that could be solved in a different way."

Schultz also scrutinized talk among Democrats about hiking the marginal tax rate on the country's richest people to 70 percent as "punitive."

Are you saying people in capitalistic countries don't take days off?

Days off didn't exist before Marxism?

Go read the Bible and see what God says about the Sabbath thousands of years before your hero Marx was born.

Just stop already.

And I've already explained why they're hypocrites.  I'm not going in circles with you on this.  There is no debate.

If you want to say that capitalism with social safety nets is way to go, then we can start there.  I tend to agree with that.
