Powerage5
Still no word on a lineup though. The logo doesn't mean a whole lot since they sold merch with that logo in their online store for years.

sonofnazareth
so a 2016 gig under the Guns n' Roses name has been confirmed. The old logo was designed by Slash, but it doesn't mean that he's in the band. An important point to note is that when Van Halen reunited with DLR, they brought back the old logo. Iron MikeyJ
It's obviously some sort of reunion. So that's all we need to know for now I suppose.

Crazyman
Watch, Axl does show up at JKL tomorrow and announces it as a reunion. Then some poor intern will be blamed for letting the cat out of the bag early.

gunsfanoldie
I assume this was done so they have something to talk about tomrorow when Axl's on.
Iron MikeyJ
It's pretty safe to assume it's Axl, Slash, and Duff. So that's promising. Also pretty clear Frank is involved in some capacity.
Babooshka
Maybe they figured people already know about Coachella, so why should Axl go on Kimmel.

oneway23
Could it be that there was a bit of a last minute snag in contract negotiations between the guys and that they haven't pinned down exactly who will be there, hence the Kimmel cancellation, where a more thorough reveal would have been expected?Someone who deals with this type of activity, let a brother know...Is it possible for the Coachella folks to contract the brand Guns n' Roses to appear without having to know exactly who will be there, or does every member have to be explicitly spelled out before they can proceed with the show? HuskerTornado
I don't think Coachella would risk signing gnr and ending up with nunununugnrthey could always substitute holograms of the band.
