I really would be willing to bet it'll be pro shot, or at the very least someone will record the entire show and upload it to YouTube This thing will be too big not to have photos and videos be on the internet within hours of the first show..AC/DC didn't broadcast their show last year, but a soundboard recording (or really good audience) was leaked. He's opening for GN'R in Coachella. Scheduled to perform Saturday with headliner Guns N' Roses are Ice Cube, A$AP Rocky, Run the Jewels, Vince Staples and SZA. I haven't heard of doing one weekend streamed and not the another. As far as I know, it is 100% up to the artist to be streamed or not as part of the broadcast so I imagine it's either a yes to both weekends or a no to both weekends.
