-W.A.R- Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 (edited) i miss myspace honestly. yeah pages could get pretty cringey but it still had a ton more personality than facebook. i got suspended from school every other week so i put allot of hours into my page. it was also totally not creepy to add a hot chick that you didn't know and talk to her like it would be to do so on facebook. When they broke up, Beta quit her job as the nanny, and was called up by Axl to be his assistant instead. Apparently, she sort of became his "mom" and I remember reading her interview before where she claimed that the whole band at the time sort of called her "mom" and she used to bake stuff for them bla bla bla. She was there in Axl's life during his darkest years and I would say she helped him go through life during those tough times, so he is kinda indebted to her in that sense. Because this is something new for me too, never heard someone mention Beta, beside Axl. its funny because when i read about her the first few times, always getting mentioned with Axl, i thought it was his girlfriend I read more than once that fans are doubting her and her whole family. From what I understand from comments about the interview Beta gave ( I think it was year 2001? I may be wrong about the year) that it was conducted in Portuguese and translated into English and some people had commented some facts may have been lost in translation. So who knows what she really had said in the interview... If you google for the interview I'm sure it'll come up. So Beta kindly said, if Axl didn't make her his manager, she would walk away from him. At that point!!! Some people might think that is taking your chance when you get it. They go absolutely everywhere with him. He's never left without them. Axl is doing really well at the moment, but he needs a proper manager, desperately. So Axl more or less bought himself a family? Like @cheesecake said, Beta was Dylan's nanny. After Axl broke up with Stephanie, Beta stayed with Axl because she felt "he needed her more". Beta and her kids have been with him ever since, living in his house and taking care of him. Giving him all the cuddles and good night kisses he never got as a child or something (according to these creepy old Beta interviews). They were there for him when he went through some really dark times, so he probably feels grateful to them. Beta was also involved in all that Yoda bullshit, went with Axl to Sedona to see the Maynards etc. People don't like them and think they're shady because they emotionally blackmailed Axl into making them their managers and because they absolutely suck as managers. Also for encouraging Yoda bullshit and because Axl is by now financially supporting an entire clan of Lebeises (not just Beta and her children anymore). Some people (at least in this thread lol) also think they keep him from finding an actual wife/gf and having a family of his own. Probably so that they can inherit all of Axl's money.
