The rest of the year I have tix for Magpie Salute, Extreme, Yes (featuring Anderson, Rabin, and Wakeman) and John McLaughlin/ Jimmy Herring ( playing Mahavishnu music) I want to see Extreme again, they're still excellent. Been 3 or 4 years since I saw them last but they still kicked ass. Magpie Salute is one of the shows I don't have tickets to yet but will most likely be going to. Its an easy trip for me and I've been going to Houston for at least once a year since I was younger. Parks and Rec is hilarious. I love all the little Pearl Jam references sprinkled throughout it. gt72
Kabob music festival in Del Mar.Getting a little old for 3 day festivals but it was fun nonetheless and seen some bands I've wanted to see that I've never seen.My girlfriend was dying to see Pink live so I bought us tickets for her birthday.I was pleasantly suprised her music is not my thing but she put on a great show.I was able to catch a few songs of Muse to begin and their last 2 songs I just don't get the love for them they were just meh to me.Ice Cube and of course RHCP I enjoyed .Live I've always wanted to see they were solid.Tom Petty wrapped it all up last night

Never identified as a fan of Cheap Trick, didn't get their appeal despite trying over the years. Holy shit were they great live. They sounded fucking great for their age. Was not expecting that.
