EvanG Posted March 15, 2019 Share Posted March 15, 2019 The first seasons of 90210 weren't as ''soapy'' as later on, when it really became a soap, they dealt with a lot of social issues in the beginning. I watched so much bad television in the 90's though, sometimes I happen to catch something on repeat and I cannot believe that I spent entire seasons watching shows like that back then. I watched an episode myself last week for the first time in ages because it happened to be on. I can't believe it has been on repeat non stop since the 80's. This is an example of a show that I watched millions of times as a kid, but it's really, really bad. Murdock is still lots of fun, though. He was well up there though and a good mate of the aforementioned. Your list seems pretty solid though, in terms of the English ones. My daughter is 8 and she was sad over a few parts. Watched: The First Purge I actually liked this movie. Plenty of action and good storyline Searching Another awesome movie. It's playing on Starz this month. Tons of twists and turns. It's about a dad who is looking for his missing daughter through all her contacts on her computer. Really very good story and like I said plenty of twists and a shocking ending. I recommend this movie. The story of Elizabeth Holmes is fascinating but I feel the documentary only scratches the surface. So much time and attention is spent on getting to the scam while little is done to explain who Holmes is. It's kind of mind-blowing they don't reference her fake voice at all and explore what this says about gender and the need to be taken seriously. Instead the documentary seems fixated on her looks in a way that documentaries on men don't. Still an interesting story and it kept my attention largely on the fact that the basics of the scandal are fascinating, if not shocking. soon Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 Revenge of the Sith Almost redeems the entire trilogy. The last 45 minutes live up to the job of setting the stage for the original trilogy, imo.
