Well, depends on who tells the story I guess  I think it was Alan Niven who said she left him because she wanted to get away from all that craziness. I know he's not the most trustworthy guy in the world but I think it'd be kinda pointless to lie about this, who knows?

As to why did Meegan get back with Slash, that's easy. That's because Slash is awesome and everybody loves him, Meegan included

I was under the impression that Slash was the one who broke it off as well. And yeah, when I realized she was the girl from his book, I was surprised too. My first thought was something along the lines of "Have some self respect, girl". But I guess it's working for them so who am I to judge

That's top secret  Haha I already mentioned this before at some thread, I got to meet Slash and Perla a few years ago at some SMKC tour. They were both really wonderful to me. Slash was talking about the show, the crowd, asking if they sounded good (do I need to answer, Slash? ), if I played guitar... he seemed excited! And Perla treated me as if I was part of her family or something. Making jokes, helping me communicate with Slash (because I.WAS.SO.FUCKING.NERVOUS that I couldn't even think). She also gave me wine and invited me to the next show which I couldn't go 'cause I had to work and I couldn't travel. She was beyond amazing to me.

It was the greatest experience ever, I still feel overwhelmed when I think about it and it was years ago. It was backstage after the show.

Believe me, I couldn't either. I had a terrible time trying to articulate a sentence either in english or spanish, that's how out of my mind I was 

I know, I hated myself for that but I was new on my job and also I didn't know if I was gonna make it anyway. If it was another show in Buenos Aires, it would have been a no brainer but then I would have already had tickets anyway

I don't get that either. She looks really cool and also sweet and very much into Slash.

I don't know anything about Perla but she is not an addict, is she? So I don't understand why you guys say she is so wild and he is not anymore? Whatever drove them apart I don't think it was Slash becoming sober. 

My armchair psychology nerve tells me that Perla was done with him cheating on her. So finally they separated and Slash went off to find Meegan. Something like that 

Not anymore, but she was an addict, iirc. Got clean for the kids though. And she's a very extroverted, hard-partying, "don't mess with me or I'll beat the shit you of you" type of girl and a former Madam who was involved in some rather shady and illegal activities. She's also best friends with Charlie Sheen and that basically tells you everything you need to know already. A lot of people here find her pretty trashy and crass. But she can be very nice if she likes you, as @BorderlineCrazys story shows.

I don't think Meegan was a moron, but if Slash's account is to be believed, she sounds like a very innocent and naive young girl who had no experience with drugs and the world Slash and the rest of the band lived in.

Just like Erin basically, she always comes across as very innocent and sheltered/naive to me as well in these old videos/interviews.

And I think neither Erin nor Meegan deserved to be saddled with those assholes called Axl and Slash as their boyfriends. They were in way over their heads with these two idiots.

Perla was very much involved in managing Slash's career. Maybe he got sick of her meddling in his bands business. It does seem he cheated on her though, and wonder if he was cheating on her with Meegan whilst he was still going home to Perla.

The only thing I noticed is that Slash seems to have some kind of spanking fetish or something. He's posted vaguely creepy posts involving young girls or women getting spanked more than once.

Just like Erin basically, she always comes across as very innocent and sheltered/naive to me as well in these old videos/interviews.

Yeah, the one he posted of a child getting spanked caused a mini shit storm on Instagram. It was pretty grim to be honest, but oh well. The other he posted that people really hated was a silhouette picture of a child hanged by the neck from a tree. Awful.

Oh, what a wonderful Slash story. He sounds like such an awesome guy. I love those stories when you can tell that they really appreciate their fans and also understand nervousness and when they try to find common ground like playing the guitar and stuff.

Perla also sounds like beyond lovely. But you're a guy, aren't you? That surely must have added to the smoothness with Perla there. I wonder if she would be equally nice (and relaxed) with women? lol

Why are you saying that you don't think she's a moron? Do you think I said that in my post? I'm asking because @killuridols also needed to emphasize that she doesn't think Meegan was boring (don't remember the exact words) so it makes me think I posted some crap. I know. I really don't offend easily, but the silhouette one was horrible. A lot of others thought so too, I didn't post anything though because his fans will shred you to bits and tell you it's just art. Maybe it is to them, apparently those type of drawings are very popular.
