AtariLegend
She has the political views of Esther McVey though. Anyone remember when she has going to head up a Tory taskforce under Cameroon? She might seemed normal on countdown and as a panellist on Comedy shows, but she's an awful person. For the front pages of the hate rags. Strong and stable Thatcher stands up for the common people against evil MPs. She's literally trying to have another vote vote now the day before. You do know the DUP is the political wing of protestant paramilitary groups like the UDA? You know these groups still kill people, when they're not kneecapping kids that they're not selling drugs too here. This government is propped up basically by a party that represents groups that basically are the protestant IRA? They just dismissed it. Said it wasn't 17 mill. Also tried to pretend a few foreigners that had signed it, made it invalid. Always petitions, they're always dismissed. Very rarely though if 100's thousands sign it, they'll have a debate in 1 of the lower halls though with a few MPs that have no sway and can't vote on anything making it pointless. DieselDaisy
Remain people should have voted to a greater extent in the ''once in a lifetime'' referenda and not just on this survey then and they might have obtained the outcome they desired.
soon
In the 90's there was a referendum on if Quebec could separate from Canada. Was before my time, but as far as I understand the sitting gov said the number would have to be 'over 51% by a significant margin' to avoid the tyranny of the majority fucking everything up like this Brexit mess. Actually "sober second thought" is a fairly central term in the Canadian Federal Gov process. As a practice, its not without its own issues but it sure works well in disallowing social media algorithms to destroy a nations future. (PS: I know and love separatists, I have issues with our unelected Senate who serve as our "sober second thought" thinkers. But the practice, sparingly applied can parse things out and save a lot of grief) Edited March 21, 2019 by soon

Just because you don't like the answer don't mean we get a re vote. I can see why the pendulum has swung it's because these fuck wit MP's never had a plan for leave and where amendment they knew the answers. Maybe they should have a fucking plan for both answers before letting people vote on it? People are only changing opinions out of frustrations. They shouldn’t have let people vote on it in the first place.
