Apparently Corbyn's interview with Andrew Neil was worse than Prince Andrew's!!

That wee cow sturgeon was ripped to shreds by Andrew Neil, highly entertaining.

I wouldn't even say Corbyn is good as a ''socialist bruiser'', the one thing he is supposed to be good at. He fails in his very raison d'être!! If he was a ''socialist bruiser'' he'd be a leaver. He probably is a leaver as it happens but he pretends to be a remainer by sitting on the fence so as to draw in London's liberal lefties. If Corbyn unleashed the genuine Bennite I'd respect him far more. No wonder Ronnie Campbell has retired, and god knows what Dennis Skinner thinks of it all!!

Corbyn has lost the fact that the British (old) left wing working class are actually rather conservative and patriotic. He has been in London too long, LHSDGDGUJD tranny dwarf rights and Extinction Rebellion Humus eating communists. No one gives a toss about any of this shite in Labour's heartlands. Try going into a northern social and talking about that nonsense haha.

The messages were dubious per the source. Someone typed it up then tried to pass it off to Sky as messages they had been sent.

Unfortunately the Neil interview wasn't. It was the low point of the past few years.

Perfectly timed, given Labour started trending upwards again and were half way back to a hung parliment. This is almost a killer blow if it stops the climb or reverses it.

Supporting Labour at this point is entirely about stopping Brexit. Corbyn has to go now, even if there is a Christmas miracle of the Tories being denied a majority.

All this antisemitism business is perplexing. Cant you all just unite around the captivating Luciana Berger?

Don't really know why you have posted this but,

The Conservative party has suspended two of its parliamentary candidates

I.e., has been proactive in combating antisemitism in its ranks.

Regardless, pointing out antisemitism in Labour is not an endorsement for the Conservatives. Irrelevant.

It's amazing how Corbyn is being memed as anti-semitic. The guy seems to just be an old left anti-zionist. I guess that is anti-semitism nowadays.

Edit: Same with Ilhan Omar, she got branded an anti-semite because she told the truth about the Israel Lobby in the US.

This is basically it, I'm not really a Corbyn/Labour fan but from an outside standpoint it seems like opposition to Israeli government policy is being falsely conflated with a racist dislike of Jewish people.

Smears of antisemitism have become commonplace against Marxist informed public figures for some time. Interesting to note is that in the First International antisemitism was manifest against Marxists, notably the Jewish guy Marx. His contemporary Bakunin evoked a widely held antiseptic notion of his day in suggesting that authoritarian state communism would require a central bank, with the erroneous assumption being that all central banks would be run by Jews (like just magically - as if an authoritarian anti capitalist state had no say in the matter! lol). His quotes are vile and also contested for precision, but his views amounted to the false idea that Marxism and Capitalism were two faces of a jewish conspiracy.

Id like to explore the phenomena of accusations of antisemetism in smear campaigns against marxist informed people more. When and how did this begin? One thing that comes to mind to research is how the PLO trained the US' Weather Underground and Canadas FLQ. I beleive they have also trained the IRA, but Id have to double check. Regardless WU, FLQ and IRA have trained and supported one another so the PLOs support has benefited them all.

The PLO, like almost all liberation forces, is Marxist informed. So are elements of Kurdish forces that the US and West allied with recently. When the smear is applied and when it isn't is also of interest to me.

More his supporters, Momentum, and his refusal to discipline those supporters.

Is that really it, or the fact that a Corbyn led government would shift British foreign policy in the middle east?

There is definite antisemitism coming from Momentum and Momentum like circles, including Jewish characters with hooked noses, something you'd see in Nazi German. It is all over the web.

PS

The big example for Corbyn's anti-zionist/capitalism/American transpiring into more overtly racist tones was this story,

There is certainly some truth in it when you have Labour MPs criticising their own party, and then there are the defections: Louise Ellman, Luciana Berger and Ara Darzi directly, as well as Joan Ryan, Gavin Shuker, Angela Smith, Mike Gapes, Ann Coffey, Chris Leslie, Ian Austin, Leslie Turnberg and David Triesman. That is twelve - twelve - Members of Parliament who have quit Her Majesty's Opposition, citing antisemitism as either the primary reason or one of the reasons!
