Have any idea if they're coming to Serbia/Croatia?

Hard to say. Serbia seems more likely than Croatia as they already did Zagreb in this tour. Should find out all of the European dates tomorrow it seems.

Australia is the only other announcement so far. Japan and Philippines are expected anytime now.

I’m still deciding exactly what I’ll do. Australia, New Zealand, Manila, Bologna, Lisbon, and Barcelona are definite. Possibly doing a couple out of Japan, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Wiener, and Stuttgart but definitely not all of those.

Are you a millionaire or something?

Maybe he just has a good idea of how to budget very expensive trips (and expensive GA Iron Maiden shows).  I don't make a lot of money, but that's not stopping me in planning to see four Alter Bridge shows in a week (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Spokane) and hoping to spend like less than $700.00 in plane tickets and hotel stay and I do want to do something outside of going to concerts when I'm out in the northwest.

I'm also contemplating wanting to go Europe as well and catch the Iron Maiden show in Holland with Alter Bridge and Airbourne opening, but I shall bide my time for now to look into getting a passport and looking at flight prices and see what other shows (non-festival shows) in Europe at the time will peak my interests.
