So the band doesn’t just go through the motions so when they finally hit the stage it feels fresh and the energy is elevated to the moon. As Christopher Thorn of Blind Melon also chimmed in on Axl’s being such perfectionist when he said Axl would rewatch shows and take notes. Thorn said he understood it because when you are playing stadiums you need to bring it every night.
