gnr1967
Saw Slayer for the first time last month in Pittsburgh. (It's their farewell tour basically). Also saw Anthrax and other supporting bands.

I can't believe I get to see a Beatle in Liverpool. I am beyond excited. I'm also seeing Ringo here in LA at the end of September. dontdamnmeuyi2015
Damn A7X had to cancel their tour due to M. Shadow's throat/voice problems. Damn I was looking forward to seeing them. These guys rock hard. Get well soon, M. Shadows!

I was gonna be at the one in Chicago Also (unrelated to your post) Halestorm + In This Moment + New Year's Day - August 10th, Council Bluffs, IA Ghost- Chicago, Nov. 3rd
dontdamnmeuyi2015
The Dallas show on September 1. I checked on livenation.com and it said the whole tour was cancelled and we should be hearing about it from them. We should get a refund, but of course, they don't give you back the convenience charges which is like $30. This sucks. Yeah, M. Shadows has a blood blister on his vocal cords and his doctor said if he doesn't stop singing it won't ever get better. I know years ago he had throat surgery, so he can't take any chances. It sucks because last time I saw them was opening for Metallica. Cool you're seeing Ghost. I love In this moment. I got a chance to meet Maria on her bus a few years ago. She was super nice. Don't like Halestorm at all.

dontdamnmeuyi2015
I got Rob Zombie and MM in August. It's the outdoor venue. God help me!
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Got my credit card refunded for the A7X cancelled concerts. I heard if M. Shadows didn't stop singing he would have fucked up his voice for good. I commend him for taking care of himself. I rather he cancels a tour now to continue making music and come back stronger. Get well soon M.

Gibson87
I just got back from a Halestorm show. They dropped their new record yesterday and played 9 out of the 12 songs on it. The show was at least 2 hours!

Black Sabbath
Pumpkins in NYC on Wednesday. Possibly Zombie and Manson next week in Camden, NJ. Three Ozzy shows in September, as well as a Fear show I just added in Baltimore. Two NIN shows in October, along with a Metallica show. Chris Stapleton in July. Would maybe add Guns in Hong Kong, but not sure if I'll be able to come across tickets as the GA is sold out.

Nothing really new and less of the rock fans at heart passion they had on earlier records. I'll give it another spin though.

Zeppelin
Steven Wilson just announced another run of dates and is coming to my hometown for the first time. I'm pretty fucking pumped.
dontdamnmeuyi2015
Freaker's ball with Ghost. There are other bands, but I only care about seeing Ghost. It's October 25. This concert is sponsored by the local rock station. On 7/29/2018 at 10:57 PM, Black Sabbath said: Pumpkins in NYC on Wednesday. Possibly Zombie and Manson next week in Camden, NJ. Gordon Comstock
Saw Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and they were fantastic. They opened the encore with "I'll Be Damned", Nathaniel said it was the 2nd time they'd ever played it live, that was a nice surprise. andrew032302
A little late, but who cares: ACL Fest Weekend 1 (Metallica, Paul McCartney, Childish Gambino) - Oct. 5-7 twenty one pilots - Nov. 6
Gibson87
I wanna go see Metallica in Milwaukee on Oct. 15, but I can't justify dropping $175+ on a ticket. The only 2 bands I'm willing to drop that kind of money on are GN'R and Slipknot
The Dissident
Saw Alice Cooper, he still kicks ass live show was amazing, hit filled and outright amazing theatrics.
RussTCB
Had a REALLY slow summer for shows. Just too much else going on. I have every intention of seeing Culture Club next Thursday night though.
