So far this week it's been just a few degrees above freezing. So we have had some snow, some sleet, some hail, and lots of rain and wind. It can stay like this for a month or two before it dips below and the winter starts properly. Or it can begin tomorrow. Now it's just a lot of weather, like all at once, and always a bit exciting to use the local airport because you never know if you will be delayed on the way out or even be permitted to land when you come back due to the wind. Right now I am watching the clouds swush above my office like they are in rush to get somewhere. You never see them go like this in summer. No, it's a "dog jacket".
