Tucknroll
Just wondering if axl has much skill on guitar. He said in like 1990ish that he could play 2 strings so I'm assuming he meant power chords but he's been playing now for about 30 years at the very least. Should be pretty darn good by now. Are there any songs I'm missing besides dead horse and I think shotgun blues that he plays on?
Sosso
He played the acoustic guitar on There Was A Time and the rhythm guitar on Madagascar

Tucknroll
I bet he's pretty good by now. Wish he'd play more. I saw him playing duffs bass in the 80s so I'm thinking he's more talented than he even shows
rocknroll41
He said on Howard Stern in 1989 that he knew how to play "the top two strings" and said the same thing to Kurt Loder in 1990. Then in one of the 2008 chat sessions he said that on Madagascar he "just played some basic power chords." So even if he isn't better by now, at least now he actually knows the proper termonology. Bansidhe
Probably the case that he views it as a writing tool as opposed to something he's too bothered about having a high level of proficiency on.
