I'm guessing (hoping) they might add Shadow to promote it, but other than that the set has been heavily relying on AFD anyway. So I'm not expecting a big difference.

Nah. Saw them last year in Nijmegen and I'm not going again so soon. Just bought tickets for Pearl Jam and Ry Cooder which I've both never seen before. Matter of priorities.

Thanks for the link.  CDs and blu-rays are usually released with 20-to-25% off the MSRP.  I think this will cost $135 at release date.

Any of you know how often do bands include a NEW song or two in a release like this? I really don't follow this kind of releases so that's why I'm asking.

By new song I mean something unheard for us (not like Shadow of Your Love, Crash Diet, etc)

You do realise that AFD on cd and AFD on LP will count as 24 tracks right ? 

They could also duplicate the demos on cd and LP, so that'll cut your track count in half !

I cant remember if this was mentioned by killuridols, but i can understand axl wanting to hold off with releasing reckless road....which means during the cd lineup axl was onboard or had ideals of releasing something like this later down the track. So much for not being defined by one album. Not bitching but ill be buying this.

The Reckless Road release is interesting and he probably did.

Of course many assume it was just a stab at Canter but perhaps it was more than that as you suggest
