Is It's So Easy really a better opener than Jungle?

Recommended Posts

I was a big fan of Chinese as the opener, but it definitely works well this tour. The first 5 songs are always absolutely stellar.

You could be mine, only twice as an opener, but it was cool.

But my favourite is Nightrain, Argentina 93 was killer

When did they open with YCBM?

They didn't during the UYI-tour, did they?

Ahhh, thanks. I would have been surprised if I had missed YCBM as an opener during the years up to 1993 or since 2016.

yes it its, that bassline, everybody jumping, Axl coming to the center of the stage doing his little jumps... to me is the best opener... I like Jungle in the middle because is one of those that you really wanna listen everytime, so it creates that anxiety to it

Denver 1991 was the other date

Little off topic, but I went to a Pearl Jam concert last week and with them it starts of really slow.
Their opening song was Release from Ten which is this beautiful but really really slow and calm song.
It was a great concert, but an opener like that really feels like an anti climax for a concert start, not sure why they do it...
Eddie Vedder lost his voice yesterday so 2nd London Show was cancelled; fingers crossed but that hasn't happened for GNR for a long time
