If anyone has that version please send it to me, it goes something like:

I've been the beggar,

I've been the theif,

I was the ??? walking down your street

I heard this version on SoundCloud by Mr. Street of Dreams but that account has been taken down now.

I love Izzys voice a lot more in this version. I think this is one of the rough mixes Slash talked about in his book when he said they sounded much better than what they ended up being on the albums.

I love this version, you can clearly hear the difference in the lyrics but also Izzy's vocals are more present in the 14 years of silence.. so on part and you can hear some flaws in Axl's vocals as well but it makes it sound so much more raw. Really nice

I usually don’t like demos better than the album version, but this one is amazing. The guitar sounds much more bluesy and I like it. The piano also sounds better. Then the end just blows my fucking socks off, god that’s amazing.

That outro tho. They could’ve went on with that for another minute or two. Such a great tune. Songs like this really bring out the best of Guns.

Yes, they could've played it for another 2 minutes at least.

Never understood why they cut the outro and went with My World instead.

Axl and shrooms or whatever additional he was on to think My World was a good idea. Must have been some strong stuff!

Can someone post a working link? I’d like to hear this outro.
