I think they deserve to get punishment and don't worry because it will not be jail but rather you will be making them a favor. When people are about to snap, they usually have episodes of smaller importance before they go for something really bad. Think that you could prevent someone else from becoming a real victim of these guys before its too late. Statistics say one of these guys will commit a serious crime in the following years.
