SoulMonster Posted August 18, 2018 Share Posted August 18, 2018 There are good reasons for why it is from 1987 (it is dated as such, Axl looks more 87ish than 88ish, he talks about the Odeon show from 1987 but no shows from 1988, the Japanese guy holds up a t-shirt which seems to be the US tour shirt and not the one made specifically for the 88 Japanese tour, and he talks about Aerosmith as if they haven't toured together yet). But there are also good reasons for why it is from 1988 (the band toured in Japan at the end of 88 and did many interviews, Axl talks about playing at a 18,000 large venue, he talks about their success, the interviewer is there with Axl and is it likely Japan TV would travel to USA or Europe to interview Axl in 87?, and Axl talks about USA as if he isn't there at the time).
