I guess I can still hope for a future deal as the new price is set to $599, make it $399 and I'll be the first one to checkout. I'm still trying to understand what the guy who decided to launch the production of 10,000 copies had in mind though. EDIT: It's still on sale at 499€ on the german store. I thought it was just a generic cheap device with a Gn'R sticker on it, this changes everything. I'm about to sleep on it and make a decision tomorrow. So great of them to do that, I respect company's that show real initiative and great customer service. They could easily have said no, and anyone would just say 'well, it was worth a try', but they did a noble thing. I got the set in on Thursday and since I was never really in to all the knick-knacks it comes with I immediately started piecing it out I sold everything except for: -The Box itself (a lot cooler in person than it looks in pictures) -Sound City Sessions (the main reason I wanted it) -AFD Remaster -AFD Cross USB -Demo Cassette Reproduction -Flag, cleaning cloth, 45 adapter. I sold everything else and actually ended up getting what I kept for free by doing so. I store the main GNR album releases in there, along with a couple picks and my ticket stubs from seeing them. smiley Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 i ordered on the 31st... got two emails on the 2nd (assuming they were closed for the holiday). one was the confirmation and the second was delivery has been dispatched with the tracking numbers. unfortunatly, the fedex driver showed up this morning while i was in the shower. i had no idea it would be here so quickly. now i have to wait until he redelivers tomorrow (there is no local office pickup available in my area). excited for tomorrow's delivery attempt!
