I'd say if it wasn't for them you wouldn't have bands like Bad Religion or the glut of those pop punk bands. Glad to see them and Pete get the proper respect that they deserve. Gracii Guns Posted December 8, 2018 Share Posted December 8, 2018 It’s hard to measure early punk music in terms of quality, and the contributions made to the genre aren’t as easy to compare as conventional popular genres. Having said that, The Buzzcocks were a stand out band, who deserve recognition. Good work, Pete. Hope that his loved ones heal quickly.
