You can find all that on Soulmonster's site, http://www.a-4-d.com/

Just go to the database and pick a song. You'll read everything there.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it!

I was at the first night at Hammerstein and Axl was on fire.  Vocals on Better were so good!

The first time I saw them play Better was in 2010. During the bridge part, Axl ripped out his monitors, flipped out at his sound guy and went over to yell at him, then belted out the "so full of anger..." lines with incredible intensity. (Probably not having his IEM's in is the reason he screamed that part so intensely, but it was very 'classic Axl' anyway)

have not been there before - looks like plenty of reading to do there ;)

does anyone know, i have an old excel sheet that had each song and how often they were played live. i noticed soulmonster's site has how many times each song was played when you read through the details. any idea if those numbers are correct - and where is he pulling that info from? has anyone else seen that spreadsheet before and is there an updated version of it in existence anywhere?

Hi! No, the numbers are not updated. In fact, it should state when those numbers were correct ("as per xx this song has been played yy times live"). Lately I have simply been too busy with other things to update,so I lack most data from 2016 an onwards.

What I have is simply a spreadsheet where every show is listed, with known setlists and lineups. From this I can extract all kinds of data. These data are then fed into my site.

But again, these numbers are currently outdated but, when time permits, I will update them.

It's really cool Axl has played every song off of Chinese Democracy.  Few bands play every song off of an album any more.  In fact just about every GnR song has been played live it seems.  Very cool.

yes, but interestingly, Rhiad was only played during 2001 and 2002 shows, not in later years, unlike all other ChiDem songs.

Rhiad is a very hard song to sing, Axl used to sound pretty rough in 2002 when they hit it a few times, so it's no wonder it never made an appearance live again.

Okay how about the last time all the songs were played? I know Scraped made a brief setlist return late 2011, Rhiad on the North American leg a few times in late 2002.

If you would have said to me in 2015,

"Hey, Slash and Duff will teammup with Axl again, and Coma will be played more on the accompanying tour than the songs Pretty Tied Up, Perfect Crime and the Garden have been ever played combined"

I would have said you're crazy

yeah. and also if you told me in February 2006, when Better first leaked, that it will have 450 live plays in 2019 and a huge number with Slash, I'd be laughing hard.
