Popular Post RussTCB
Bumblefoot was in town near me last night for a show with Altitudes + Attitudes (a project with Dave Ellefson of Megadeth and Frankie Bello is Anthrax) so they all stopped by WRIF this morning to appear on Talkin' Rock With Meltdown. I'm posting this in the main section because Frankie & Dave talk about having toured with Slash recently. Then Bumblefoot talks about some of the "difficult" bands he been in over the past years. It's obvious he's referring to GN'R for some of it, then they directly name GN'R and talk a little more. Here's the link:https://wrif.com/episodes/talkin-rock-with-frank-bello-david-ellefson-and-ron-bumblefoot-thal/
Lio
Ha, funny they're doing a show with BBF now. Yes, seen them in February as Slash's opening band. 1

Yeah, I didn't even think about that at first. I thought his GNR related comments near the end were cool / interesting.
Towelie
Difficult characters? Hahaha... I wonder who they could be referring to?? He handled his answer with grace and dignity. Always a class act. Looking forward to that second SOA record.

I like how he seemed very genuine when he was talking about the situation being everyone's fault. Seems like there was just a really bad environment within the band. Sometimes in life, people are treated like shit and are completely justified in calling someone out on it. Ron was treated disgracefully during his tenure with the band and it's only because he's such a good guy that he hasn't publicly called Axl/TB out on it, imo.

soon
David Ellefson turned on to acid by Mennonites - he's not alone in that Ellefsons got this great speaking voice. I could listen to him all day. Maybe the David Ellefson audio Bible!
