This issue effects all aspects of uploading content on YouTube. The takedown of content is occurring across a number different types of content including sports. The reailty is its a YouTube issue, and there is nothing TB can do about it. Nascar was made aware of there copy right content being removed from YouTube by a fan, and have made it clear, that there is nothing they can do, as YouTube is a third party. The issue is between YouTube and the people applying to have the content removed officially authorised or not. Nothing technically official, other than it being under his own name and when asked before if it was Fernando, he replied that it in fact was. And basically only commenting on posts that are about newly released GN'R merch that people bought (which points me in the direction of believing it is him, since he is Mr. Designer Man). I'd be more prone to believing it's an imposter if he didn't primarily post in the GN'R sub, and almost only for posts about people buying new merch. Then there's suck-ass Wanker telling him he can't wait to catch up in a few months and get a picture "for the 'Gram".
