Rovim Posted May 21, 2022 Share Posted May 21, 2022 Strange New World is much better compared to Picard I think. At least it feels more like Star Trek, it gets the tone of it. Episodes 1 and 3 were pretty good, and Episode 2 I found to be a little boring but the script is not bad. Good live action Star Trek show which feels like an accomplishment after all the terrible shit they've been releasing in recent years. Lower Decks is the best modern Star Trek but personally I only care about live action so didn't discuss it but it's great so not too shabby with 2 good Star Trek shows. After seeing all the praise for series 3, I thought I’d skip S2 and watch it. And yeah, this was everything we wanted from the show. Perfect.
