It draws a lot of attention that could more easily be ignored. I'm fairly sure you can't have someone arrested for attending a concert they have purchased a ticket for. You can deny them access, but threaten them with arrest? The only way I can see that would be possible is if some sort of restraining order has been issued that would be breached. I literally just told myself after this past weekend that I am never riding the rail again for a festival, and I was content seeing GNR only one of the two weekends at ACL, but dammit after this, I am considering changing my mind. I wouldn't dare to bet they will play it again in the next up coming show. Sure in the early 90s sounded better.
