It's also cool to hear demos of songs to see the creative process, and you can get something different from them that you don't in final versions. I like the Stevie Nicks song Planets of the Universe with its eighties production and all, but there's a beautiful haunting demo version of it on the deluxe version of Rumours that came out a few years ago. On another note, potential concert tees?: I'm wearing a who's the Mac daddy t shirt to the next gnr show and hopefully I show axl it and he will be like what the fuck how do you know the lyrics to the song that I put in the trash in 2000? 1

All 2001 demo's of the CD songs are better than the CD versions. All the unreleased leaked songs are better than at least 2 songs on Chinese Democracy. All this stuff should have been released 20 years ago but it wasn't. All this stuff still has no sign of ever being released. GnR keeps endlessly touring. GnR's abortion of a management team hates the fanbase and vice versa. There is no justice in this world. 2
ronartest2004
the mac daddy chorus really show the age of the song
allwaystired
Incredible. Imagine this played live! Easily my favourite leak so far. It's a piss-take how good all this stuff is and why it hasn't been at least played live.

Dont forget that this is the most expensive album ever made. I'm not saying they were done. After all, they're demo's. But I am saying they blow the final versions from 2008 completely out of the water. The reason for this is that they're simpeler, have more direction and purpose and aren't ridiculously overworked. Like the 2008 versions. The final version of CD is the result of overthinking, re-recording, re-engineering, re-working and losing all purpose and direction in the process. These demo's actually sound like a band recorded them instead of being pasted together from bits and pieces from loads of people over a long time.

Jackson ... so it is good idea to check your information before you write something. And the demos are completly fine, because they are demos ... I'd say, personally, the versions on the released album sound way better to my ears than any of the leaked demos. The tracks that didn't make it though sound fantastic to me....but maybe that's because I've heard just the one version!
StrangerInThisTown
It's funny to read people saying they love it and then read someone else say it's worse than My World. This songs definitely a distant cousin of My World, but it's got a sexy groove. I mean this song is strip club material. Meanwhile something like If The World tried to accomplish that but ended up just sounding like a soundtrack to a 70s porn move.
SoulMonster
So hungover I can't really walk. Just slumped down at a bench. Listening to State of Grace and Eye on You on repeat. Things could be worse.
