kever20
I really enjoyed each of the shows I have been to: December 2011, June 2014, and August 2016. 2011 was cool, the 2014 No Trickery show was awesome! Marathon show, some really fun stuff! The SF show was great!
Ant
I was just listening to the actual Live Era... Izzy’s playing on Brownstone is so damn tasteful! His non-gainy, rolled back tone and just that loose wrist....that rhythm under the solo.... just choppin’ it. It’s what set them apart from everyone else, man. I can’t stop saying it . 98izzark
The classic lineup in '88 was excellent especially when the set list wasn't just the same old shit from Appetite. '91 with Izzy was excellent especially with the setlist being as unpredictable as it was and them being able to do Dust N' Bones & 14 Years. This year being my goto when wanting live Gn'R material. 2001/2002 with Guns & Roses as it was intended. Chinese not being released when it was just Buckethead, Robin Finck, Brain and the rest is almost as much of a missed opportunity as the Illusion albums without Adler.
